The principle
Sound is produced because the object vibrates, which causes the vibration of the neighboring air to form sound waves, and propagates in the air medium to all sides.Sound can be absorbed by any material with different standard. Acoustical materials are used to partly reflect and penetrated when the sound wave reach to the material surface. Some sound energy is converted into heat energy because of the vibration of the component material or the friction of sound with the surrounding medium when it is transmitted, the material in which the sound energy is dissipated. Therefore,the material in which it is usually said that the sound is absorbed by the material, thereby modulating the sound field.
The installation
To ensure the design effect, we must be completed before the installation of the wooden grooved acoustic cladding as the following preparations:
Installation place
(1) The environment must be dry and the minimum temperature is not less than 10 degrees Celsius. (2) The maximum humidity change value of the place should be control within the range of 40% ~ 60% after installation. (3) Before the installation ,the place must meet the above specified temperature and humidity standards.

(1)Check the type, size and quantity of the acoustic panels.(2)The acoustics panel must be placed where to be installed about 48 hours. This is for the acoustic panel can adapt to the indoor environment and finalize the design
The keel
(1)The wall that wooden grooved acoustic panel covers must install keel according to the requirement of design drawing or construction drawing. Meanwhile, constructors need to undertake the keel adjust level processing. The surface of keel should be smooth, no rust, no deformation to ensure the safety.(2)Before the construction, the constructors should follow the construction standards to o deal with structural walls. The layout size of the keel must be adapted to the layout of the acoustics panel . The separation distance of wood should be less than 300mm. The light steel keel spacing is not more than 400mm. The installation of the keel should be perpendicular to the length direction of the wooden grooved acoustic cladding.(3)The distance between the surface of the wooden keel and the base is 50mm in accordance with the specific requirements. The error of wood keel side surface flatness and verticality should not be greater than 0.5mm(4)The keel gap need to be filled, all the installation and process should follow the design drawing. It ensure that does not affect the installation of wooden grooved acoustic cladding.
